Sami lexicon in the Russian ethnographic context

The article presents an analysis of some Sami words, which are used in the description of the Sami way of life realities. It is noted that quite often in descriptions of everyday life of the Sami offer an original vocabulary, often actually Sami or Saami origin, included in the adjacent Russian dialects. And often this kind of sources are the original material or significantly supplement the already known data. This article presents some words recorded in various kinds of research, local history, etc. sources describing the material and spiritual culture of the Sami.
